The review cycle of different journals is different, ranging from one day, one week to several months. If it is an email submission, you'd better contact the magazine by phone. Maybe the editor's mailbox of the magazine is managed once a week or half a month, and you haven't seen your manuscript yet. Telephone confirmation is the most practical.
