The editor of Journal of Practical Oncology has been engaged in the research of pancreatic diseases and pancreatic transplantation for more than 20 years, and has undertaken and completed many national, provincial and international cooperation projects. In the pathological mechanism and treatment of pancreatitis, the changes of pancreatic microcirculation in early stage, the expression of intestinal crypt protein and vascular endothelial adhesion protein, the influence of enteral nutrition support on immune function, and the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were deeply discussed. In the aspect of pancreas transplantation, the molecular biological diagnosis of acute rejection, synergistic signal blocking, CTLA-4 1g gene introduction and CTLA-4 1g combined anti-CD40LIg gene introduction were studied. Great progress has been made in this research. He has published more than 60 papers in academic journals at home and abroad and won many national, provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards. Among them, "Basic Application Research of Pancreatic Microcirculation" won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Health and the third prize of national scientific and technological progress. Many doctoral students and master students have been trained.
