According to the requirements of the graduate school of this university, graduate students must submit the full text of the thesis to participate in the thesis defense before applying for the thesis defense.

If the repetition rate of thesis detection is below 30% and above 20% (including 20%), students can't defend their graduation thesis, which will be postponed for at least half a year.

For papers with particularly serious academic misconduct, the repetition rate is not subject to the above restrictions, and will be dealt with seriously until the author of the paper loses his thesis defense and permanently applies for degree qualification.
