How to infiltrate the improvement of psychological quality into physical education teaching
Physical education teaching has the characteristics of openness of teaching environment, comprehensiveness of teaching objectives, richness of teaching content, diversity of teaching forms and frequent interpersonal communication in teaching. Therefore, physical education and health teaching plays an irreplaceable role in developing students' personality, ability and psychological quality. In the increasingly diversified living environment, the cultivation of mental health highlights its due vitality. Problems such as heavy homework load, lack of sleep, and great pressure for further studies among middle school students have become increasingly prominent, which have gradually formed important factors affecting human health. Humans have entered the era of mental and psychological diseases from the era of infectious diseases and physical diseases. Therefore, strengthening mental health education and maintaining students' mental health is our unshirkable responsibility. This paper expounds the cultivation of mental health in physical education and health teaching from the following two aspects. I. Contents of physical education and health in mental health education 1. Cultivate students' interest in sports. In sports activities, sports pleasure is a feeling of satisfaction, happiness, comfort, excitement and active participation after individuals participate in sports activities, and it is a good psychological state. Long-term persistence is conducive to the healthy development of body and mind. And getting sports pleasure is the main reason for insisting on physical exercise. So how can we get students to actively participate in exercise? First of all, in teaching, we should pay attention to observing every bright spot of students in practice, seize the opportunity to praise and encourage every student, and let students find the fun of sports success, so as to actively adhere to physical exercise. Secondly, we should choose more sports activities that students like. In class, we can't always follow the activities in the textbook, because the activities in the textbook may not be carried out effectively because of the venue and equipment. Especially in rural schools, all aspects of the conditions are not enough. Therefore, some activities that are suitable for local development and are not affected by venue equipment at all, such as jumping rubber bands, striding and jumping squares, can better cultivate students' interest in sports. 2. Cultivate good will quality. The quality of will is tempered in the process of struggling with difficulties. In sports activities, if students set their goals too high, they will lose confidence and give up their activities, so it is impossible to exercise their will quality. On the contrary, if the goal is set too low, it is not difficult, and it is not conducive to cultivating students' will quality. Therefore, in teaching, according to the actual situation of each student, we should choose a goal slightly higher than the current level of students, not across the board, so as to consciously exercise students' will quality. 3. Cultivate students' ability to withstand setbacks. In physical education teaching, students need not only a certain physical quality, but also good psychological quality to complete an action. For example, in the practice of jumping goats, students should not only master technical movements and have certain physical qualities, but also overcome psychological obstacles and eliminate timidity in order to succeed. From this point of view, physical education teaching can not only cultivate physical fitness, but also hone people's will, and at the same time provide a good opportunity for cultivating students to bravely overcome difficulties and bear setbacks. 4. Cultivate students to establish a correct sense of competition and cooperation. Establishing a sense of competition is an important psychological quality that every modern person must have. In physical education class, I use basketball teaching competition to cultivate students' quality in this respect. Through the competition, we can cultivate students' spirit of winning without arrogance, losing with grace, not afraid of strong enemies, being brave in struggle, striving for strength and being innovative and enterprising. At the same time, in view of too many fouls in the sports field, students should be educated to be aboveboard in the competition, win by real skills in a proper way and avoid using improper methods. Regard opponents as friends, unite and cooperate with peers, make progress together, inspire self-confidence in competition, tap their own potential, be good at meeting various challenges, better adapt to society and succeed in competition. Secondly, the infiltration method of mental health education in physical education and health teaching. 1. Emotional education should be carried out in teaching to promote psychological compatibility. Physical education teachers should take the initiative to contact students at ordinary times, deeply understand their personality characteristics, hobbies, living habits, mental health, sports skills, physical fitness, etc., and make a careful analysis and comparison one by one, so as to be aware of it and vary from person to person. Especially for students who behave abnormally in class, we should give more care and help. Establishing close and friendly relations with students means that they live in a harmonious atmosphere and increase their collective cohesion and centripetal force. In this way, students can not only improve their learning efficiency, but also fully tap their own potential, which is of great benefit to their physical and mental health. It is conducive to the full development of students' personality, forming a sound personality and promoting mental health. 2. Cultivate students' healthy mentality through competition. When arranging students' classroom exercises, we can use the teaching method of competition to enhance the teaching effect. Students are usually allowed to practice for a few minutes before the competition, so that each group will urge each other, learn from each other and help each other to achieve good results. Form an atmosphere of mutual assistance and progress.
