Import the data into SPSS software, click Analyze-Data Reduction-Factor in turn, enter the Factor Analysis dialog box, select your ten indicators as variables, click Descriptive -kmo and Barrett le Test on the right-Continue, and then click Rotate on the right. Choosing Varimax in the method means orthogonal rotation with the largest variance. There are other rotation methods to choose from, but Varimax orthogonal rotation is usually used. Click OK, and the result you want will come out.
