The so-called enterprise administration actually refers to the specific administrative management system within the enterprise. Enterprise administration must be able to handle the daily affairs of the enterprise and ensure that it does not affect the normal production of the enterprise. 3. Lack of professional management personnel.

Enterprise administrative management system is the initial need of enterprise development, so enterprises must first have a perfect administrative management system to build teams and manage enterprises. The construction direction of enterprise administrative management system can be changed from simple to difficult, and improved from the perspective of fairness, justice and openness. In this way, we can avoid the phenomenon of black-box operation within the enterprise, avoid the uneven phenomenon to the maximum extent, and let employees have the psychology of keeping up with the joneses.
