The phagocytosis of Vibrio is now commonly known as bdellovibrio, which has been hyped very badly in recent years. The main idea is to destroy other harmful bacteria through phagocytosis between bacteria, so that harmful bacteria can be kept at a harmless concentration. Theoretically, this is a good disinfection method, but the biggest drawback is that the effect is not ideal at low temperature, so it is unrealistic for bdellovibrio to completely replace the conventional aquatic bactericide.
