There is an art department, but it is an undergraduate major.

Art majors train senior professionals in the fields of art history and education, such as teaching and research, art criticism and editing, art management and museums. Students can engage in art education, art research, cultural industry management, press and publication after graduation.

Art teaching is guided by Marxist historical principles and literary theories. Students mainly study the basic theories, basic knowledge and professional skills of art history theory and art education, as well as related knowledge of literature, history and philosophy, so as to cultivate students' good style of study by combining history with theory and practice.
