Zhou Yongjian is a famous calligrapher. Through decades of unremitting exploration and research on ancient calligraphy art, he published two academic monographs on calligraphy, An Overview of Official Calligraphy and An Analysis of Feng Zanqin, with 350,000 words of papers and artistic comments. Two art albums, Zhou Yongjian's Calligraphy Works and Zhou Yongjian's Calligraphy Works, were published, and more than 200 paintings and calligraphy works were published in national newspapers such as People's Daily, China Calligraphy, Art Watch, China Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper and other works published by various publishing houses. His calligraphy works have also participated in many national and international calligraphy exchange exhibitions, such as China Calligraphy Exhibition, the First All-China Calligraphers Exhibition and the Third Tokyo International Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition.
