Nanyang No.21 Middle School is located in Penyao Street, Jiang Ying Office, a demonstration area of urban-rural integration, adjacent to the World Rose Grand View Garden, the Baihe River in the west, the airport in the east, Yingbin Avenue in the north and three halls and one hospital in the south. The school was built in 1968, formerly known as Cha 'an Senior High School, then the Ninth Middle School of Nanyang County, and later renamed Nanyang No.21 Middle School.
