What does air ground handling do?
Engaged in the work mainly includes:

(1) Selling and filling in civil aviation transport tickets and baggage tickets;

(2) Control flight seats, record and confirm passenger seats;

(three) the establishment, cancellation, change and adjustment of flights;

(4) air ticket cost accounting and settlement;

(5) Handling passenger change, transfer and refund;

(6) Arrange passenger seats, handle boarding passes for passengers, and guide passengers to board the plane;

(7) Handling abnormal business such as oversold, standby, missed flight, mistaken flight, mistaken flight and stolen flight;
