How to deal with the uncleaned dust removal and electric dust removal pipelines on site?
65438+ Then check the ash blockage of the lower bin pump and pipeline. (This operation is to check whether the pumps and related ash discharge pipes in each bin are blocked, and clean up the blocked ash. )

2. If the pressure does not drop, open the cleaning valve to release the pressure; If the pressure drops below 50Pa, close the cleaning valve, open the cleaning valve, increase the pressure, and repeat the operation several times; If the pressure does not drop, confirm that the peripheral pipeline is blocked, and contact the ash removal maintenance to check the external pipeline of the factory building (there is a manual ash removal door on the external pipeline just leaving the factory building, so you can contact the maintenance to open the inspection).

3. If the valve of ash removal pipeline leaks, close the feed valve first (the feed time is set to 0), then clean up the ash accumulated in the warehouse pump and pipeline of the relevant unit (knock on the warehouse pump, and the ash conveying pipeline under the warehouse pump is empty), and then stop the electric field ash conveying. After that, contact the maintenance to deal with the valve leakage, otherwise it will easily cause the pipeline to accumulate dust and cool down, and the pipeline will be blocked by dust.

4, found that the single electric field ash is not good:

(1) Close the drain valve of the relevant device.

(2) Open the main ash conveying valve of relevant units.

(3) When the local pressure gauge rises to 150-300Pa (it is absolutely not allowed to exceed 300Pa, otherwise it will easily lead to accidents of the electric bag and the feeding valve equipment), open the feeding valve of the relevant electric field (make a gun in the electric field ash hopper).

(4) When the pressure drops, immediately close the feed valve.

(5) If the pressure does not drop, repeat steps (2), (3) and (4) several times until the pressure drops.

(6) If it cannot be treated within a short time (1 hour), the related electric field shall be stopped in time and reported to the unit leader.

5. When the pipeline is blocked by ash for a long time and can't be dredged (such as ash hopper material level alarm), you can contact the unit leader to put into the hydraulic ash removal system. When the electric field cannot be put into operation for more than 4 hours (or the material level of the ash hopper is high within 4 hours), the electric field operation can be stopped.

6. There is leakage in the ventilation valve, and the pressure drops very quickly when conveying ash, and the pressure of the air inlet valve rises slowly, or it cannot meet the requirements of conveying ash. Judgment method: It can be checked that there is air flow in the ventilation valve pipe on site during ash conveying. Long-term erosion is easy to cause ash leakage of ventilation valve flange. The exhaust valve is blocked, and the ash in the ash hopper can't get down to the warehouse pump (vacuum can't be formed).

7. The feed valve leaks, and the pressure drop is particularly slow when conveying ash. When the air inlet valve, the pressure rises slowly or fails to meet the requirements of ash conveying pressure.
