Therefore, teachers in all disciplines attach great importance to the cultivation and development of students' interests. Shiluna, a modern American psychologist, said: "The best stimulus for learning is interest in the materials you have learned." Students are the masters of learning. If teaching is to be successful, we must try our best to start the students' internal drive. Only when students are interested in what they have learned and form their inherent needs and motives can we ensure the realization of teaching objectives. Therefore, in history teaching, teachers should fully analyze and understand students' psychological needs, take various measures, fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm, stimulate students' intrinsic learning motivation, and make students change from "I want to learn" to "I want to learn".
How can we improve students' interest in learning history? In history teaching, apart from carefully preparing every classroom teaching and using colorful teaching methods to arouse students' enthusiasm for learning, I also carried out various extracurricular activities to let students participate in activities, put themselves in the historical background and events where historical figures are located, turn abstract teaching into intuitive activities, let students feel, experience and discover in concrete and vivid learning situations, and make abstract learning of historical knowledge a practical attempt or "simulation". In order to participate in the activities, fully show themselves and express themselves in the activities, students will take the initiative to collect historical materials needed for the activities through various channels, which will greatly enhance students' consciousness and initiative in learning history, and students' interest in learning history will be very high. 1, the activity arrangement should closely follow the current history textbook and serve the study of history class.
The purpose of carrying out history classroom activities is to improve students' interest in learning history, and its main purpose is to serve teaching. The arrangement of activities cannot be divorced from the current history textbooks. I carefully analyzed the teaching materials, found out the contents suitable for activities in the teaching materials, and carefully formulated the activity plan and time schedule. For example, in the first stage, in addition to the existing activity classes in the textbook, I also arranged the following activities: the exchange of visits between Hemudu and Banpo residents (aimed at mastering the main contents of agricultural civilization), the debate between Shang Yang's rhetoric and Confucianism (aimed at mastering the specific contents of Shang Yang's reform), and the debate on the merits and demerits of Qin Shihuang (aimed at grasping the achievements of Qin Shihuang's reunification and consolidating the achievements and how to evaluate historical figures). To this end, I designed an activity plan according to the psychological characteristics of students, and adopted various activities such as classroom discussion, organizing debates, holding historical story meetings, holding historical lectures, conducting historical and social surveys, visiting historical museums, memorial halls and patriotic education bases, visiting historical sites, interviewing historical witnesses, editing historical dramas, writing historical essays, writing brief history, community history and biographies of historical figures, and editing history. For example, in the activity of "Shang Yang's debate against Confucianism", let a student play Shang Yang, and then find several students to play conservative ministers who oppose him. Presenting scenes of Shang Yang's anti-Confucianism debate in front of students, students have an immersive feeling and colorful activities, and students have a deeper understanding of relevant historical knowledge; For another example, in the performance of historical figures, I carefully arranged the venue, so that students can be placed in a good performance environment and feel the teacher's attention to the performance and respect for the performers. They will take this incident seriously. During the activity, the students made full preparations, made their own props and costumes, consulted a lot of stories, words and deeds of their roles, wrote lines, and even made their hair look like the ancients. The performance was vivid and impressive. I also recorded the whole activity and played it back to my classmates after the activity. Everyone is full of laughter and interest. For another example, in the "My Family Film Festival" activity, students took out photos of their grandfathers, grandmothers, fathers and mothers and arranged them in chronological order. Some students also carefully prepared photo descriptions, indicating the shooting time, place, characters and historical background at that time.
