When editing Wps text, it is sometimes necessary to change the text input in a cell from horizontal to vertical or from vertical to horizontal. Let's take a look at the setting method of WPS text direction. The specific steps are as follows:

1. First, we need to enter the text to be converted in the Wps table, as shown in the figure below, and select the cells at the same time.

2. Next, right-click the cell, and then click the Cell Format menu item in the pop-up menu.

3. A dialog window in cell format will appear. Click the Calibration tab at the top of the dialog box with the mouse.

4. In the open alignment window, click the "Text" button in the "Direction" setting box on the right, where the red arrow points in the figure below.

5. At this time, we can find that the text in the cell has changed from horizontal to vertical, as shown in the following example.

6. Besides clicking the text button, I can also select the check box in front of "Vertical Text" to achieve the same effect. If you want to change from vertical to horizontal, just remove the check mark in front of "vertical text".
