"Bidder" in the tender documents refers to the company name. However, some special bidding projects, such as scientific research projects, also allow individuals to participate in bidding.
A bidder's representative refers to an individual, generally an enterprise legal person, or an enterprise legal person authorizes others to bid. For example, if an enterprise legal person authorizes the business manager to handle this project, then the bidder's representative will fill in the name of the business manager.

Second, what conditions should be met in bidding?
According to the conditions stipulated in the Interim Provisions on Bidding for National Large and Medium-sized Capital Construction Projects, bidders who participate in the design, construction, installation, supervision and supply of main equipment and materials of construction projects must meet the following conditions:
(1) has the qualification certificate required by the tender conditions and is an independent legal person;
(2) Having undertaken relevant work of similar construction projects and having good work performance and performance records;
(3) The property is in good condition, and no property is taken over, bankrupt or closed, stopped, merged or transferred;
(4) It has not participated in fraudulent contracts or other serious economic violations in the past three years;
