According to the records of Xinji Party History, the earliest Party branch in xinji city (Shulu County)-zhang jia zhuang Party Branch,1March, 928, was instructed by Fan to establish the first Party branch in Shulu County, the Communist Party of China (CPC), and the secretary of Jen Fan Party Branch. Once the revolutionary fire in Shulu County was lit, it spread rapidly with the trend of starting a prairie fire. 1928, driven by the Party branch of Zhangguzhuang Village, the second Party branch of Shulu County was established in Yuancun.
Fan (1909- 1992) is a native of Zhangguzhuang Village, xinji city. The first * * * member, the first party leader and party branch secretary in Shulu County. Under the white terror, he actively developed party member and League members and waged an arduous revolutionary struggle.
