Take a clear portrait with a camera or mobile phone, and the background is preferably white or dark.

Find a suit photo online, open it with PS to find your own photo and the suit photo found online.

Dig out the main body of the character with PS (dig with magic wand, if you don't understand, you can find the dug part online and learn it yourself), and then move to the suit.

Ctrl+t appropriately adjusts the size of the avatar, moves it to a suitable position with the suit, and puts the layer of the suit photo on the avatar layer.
