Zeng Weixin is a famous singer, songwriter and talented musician in Vietnam. He was born and raised in Hailang County, Guangji Province, Vietnam. He is a musician's nephew, minister of culture and information, cousin of male singer Songyang, and an important figure in Vietnamese music industry.
