On the morning of September 30th, the 20 17 national road traffic joint emergency drill jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Transport, Fujian Provincial People's Government and Armed Police Traffic Command was held in Changle City, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. Dai Dongchang, vice minister of the Ministry of Transport, served as the chief commander of the drill. Huang Qiyu, Vice Governor of Fujian Province, Major General Fu Ling, Commander of Armed Police Traffic Command, and Major General Gao Qiang, Chief of Staff, attended the drill.

This drill is the 7th national road traffic emergency drill jointly organized by the Ministry of Transport, the provincial people's government and the Armed Police Traffic Command since 20 1 1. The drill was specifically undertaken by Fujian Provincial Department of Transportation, Fuzhou Municipal People's Government and the Third Armed Police Traffic Corps. The main venue is located in Fuzhou Armed Police Command College Base (Changle), Fujian Province, and all the venues are connected by means of communication.
