Liu Yang Coal Mine of Huaibei Mining Group Company is the fourth pair of "eight pairs built in seven years" in the mining area development plan, and it is also the key construction project of "86 1" action plan of Anhui Province. The mine is located in Suixi County. The mine was designed by Nanjing Design and Research Institute of China Coal International Engineering Group. The designed production capacity of the mine is 6,543,800,000 tons/year. The service life is 55.8 years, the construction period is 36 months, and the joint trial operation is expected at the end of 2008. In the same period, a thermal coal washing plant with a capacity of 6.5438+0.8 million tons/year was designed and built in Gongguang.
