Tsai Ing-wen, born on August 3 1, 1956, is a Hakka in Pingtung County, Taiwan. 1978 Graduated from the Law Department of Taiwan Province Provincial University, 1984 Doctor of Law, London School of Economics and Political Science. At present, he is the president of "Chinese Culture Association" in Taiwan Province Province. After Democratic Progressive Party took office in 0, he became the mainland affairs department of Taiwan Province provincial authorities. Joined Democratic Progressive Party in 2004. On may 20th, 20 16, tsai ing-Wen officially took office in Taiwan Province province, becoming the first woman in Taiwan Province province and the first female party chairman in Taiwan Province province.

Tsai Ing-Wen's father, Cai Jiesheng, was born in Fangshan Township, Pingtung County. /Kloc-When he was 0/8 years old, Cai Jiesheng went to Nanyang to fight in order to avoid the Japanese army's call-up, and went to China Northeast Machine School to learn to repair planes.
