Zhang Xinwei, male, Han nationality,1born in Ruicheng, Shanxi Province in May 1965,1joined the work in July 1985,1joined China in July 1984. He holds a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in management. On February 25th, 2022, at the first meeting of the 15th Taiyuan Municipal People's Congress, Zhang Xinwei was elected as the mayor of Taiyuan Municipal People's Government. He is currently the deputy secretary and mayor of Taiyuan Municipal Committee of Shanxi Province, and the party secretary of the municipal government.
