At the press conference on epidemic prevention and control in Shanghai on May 7, Chen Qun, deputy mayor of Shanghai, introduced that the unified entrance examination for the autumn college entrance examination in Shanghai was postponed to July 7-9, the senior high school education grade examination was postponed to June 18 to June 19, and the senior high school entrance examination was postponed to July1day to June/kloc-9.

More than 50,000 candidates will take the autumn college entrance examination in Shanghai this year, and 1 1000 candidates will take the senior high school entrance examination. Chen Qun introduced that according to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, on the basis of listening to the opinions of relevant departments, experts, middle school principals, representatives of teachers and students in grade three and parents, after careful study and approval by the Ministry of Education, the following adjustments were made:

1. Before the big exam, the necessary time should be reserved for the senior three and senior two students who take the grade exam to study at school.

2. Leave a certain time interval between the grade examination and the autumn unified examination.

3. Make the examination arrangement more operable.
