Yes, all new broadband users can apply for unreasonable refund if they are not satisfied with our network quality and after-sales service within 7 days after installation. Users who have no reason to apply for a refund, please call the local service outlets of Great Wall Broadband, and the after-sales staff will handle the refund formalities for you in time.
