2. Bin Yang, Han nationality, Zunyi, Guizhou, joined the Party in 2008, with a master's degree in engineering. Graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Wuhan University of Hydraulic and Electric Power, majoring in water conservancy and hydropower engineering. He is currently the deputy secretary of Dafang County Committee of Bijie City and the county magistrate of the county people's government.
