Li Li's life
1385 (Chen Chaochang nine years) On the sixth day of August, Li Li was born in the main mountain of Leiyang (his father was Li Kuang, the second son of Li Ting, and his mother was Zheng Cang, a native of Leiyang). When he was young, the political situation of the Chen dynasty was declining, and there was an incident of usurping Chen and Ming dynasties to send troops to cut Vietnam.

When the Ming Dynasty occupied Annan, Li Li's attitude towards the Ming Dynasty was slightly different from the historical documents of China and Vietnam. The main difference was whether Li Li had ever held an official position in the Ming Dynasty. Vietnamese literature shows that in the face of all kinds of intrigues and temptations of the Ming Dynasty, Li Li remained unmoved by the government: according to Da Yue, after the Ming Dynasty, the local people were forced to surrender through labor, while Li Li was "not seduced by the government, overwhelmed by power, and the Ming people tried their best not to do it." Later, feeling that there was no hope for post-Chen's anti-Ming activities, he "sneaked into the mountains, concentrated his strategy, recruited wise men, and recruited refugees" in an attempt to rebel against Ming. However, China documents mentioned Li Jue's later official plan: The Ming History records: "Chen Ji, the official system of Li Chu, was expanded to be a general and later reformed, and was used to inspect Ole County in Tsinghua, but the city was not in the middle." This passage suggests that Li Jue once surrendered to Ming and was given an official title, but he secretly planned something. The above two statements are still inconclusive, but Li Li herself once said something worthy of attention. He once recalled to the ministers that when the Ming Dynasty ruled Vietnam, he had "exhausted all his family belongings in order to serve him, hoping that he would avoid disaster, but he had a lot of forgiveness for my injury, and I was really forced to do so." Dissatisfied with the rule of the Ming Dynasty, Li Li lived in seclusion in the mountains, made friends with heroes and recruited refugees. 1465438+In February 2008 (the first month of the 16th year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty), Li Li decided to fight against the Ming Dynasty in Lanshan Township, calling himself "the King of Pingding". At that time, besides Li Jue, there were insurgents such as Pan Liao, Zheng and Li Hunger, but they were soon defeated by the Ming army.

When the Ming army learned of the Lili uprising, it sent Ma Qi to lead the army to conquer it. Li Li lured the enemy to Luoshui (Jinshui, Tsinghua) and repelled it with an ambush. This is the first victory that Li Li has tasted. Later, Ber Ber moved to Lingshan (according to Jin's research, Lingshan was in the territory of Qinghua), and was pursued by the Ming army on the way, and many soldiers and civilians and their families were captured. Li Li led the beaten army to Lingshan. Since then, from 14 19 (the seventeenth year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty) to 1424 (the twenty-second year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty), Lili, Lingshan and Lanshan townships have been the main strongholds, and they have led the troops to fight with the Ming army many times, each winning or losing. During this period, Li Li was attached to Kun Ruan, an important founding hero. 1424 (the 22nd year of Yongle in the Ming dynasty), Li Jue listened to Li Zhi's suggestion that "it is important to have a safe place with a large population, so ..... just make a safe place to make a foothold" and made a step-by-step approach to the area. 1425 (the first year of Hongxi in the Ming Dynasty) In March, Li Li won the support of the Vietnamese people, and Li Li also signed three chapters with the people, declaring: "The people have been subjected to political abuse for a long time, and wherever they go, there is no crime, which is not a cow valley of pseudo-officials (Ming government). Although they are very hungry, they must not take it indiscriminately. " With strict military discipline, wherever Li Lijun went, he got the response of the masses, and "the city of Vaan (now xing an, Vaan River) was surrounded by force". Although the city is still guarded by the Ming army, the area under its jurisdiction has been occupied by Li Li.

Because the main force of the Ming army was concentrated in Vaan City, and the defense in other places was weak, Li Li diverted his attention and conquered Xinping and Hue. At that time, Li Lijun had occupied the territory of southern Vietnam (equivalent to central Vietnam today) and sent troops to the eastern capital of the north (now Hanoi). During the periods of 1426, 10,10 (October of the first year of Xuande in Ming Dynasty), Li Lijun was defeated by the Ming army, which forced the military strength of Ming Dynasty to be limited to a few besieged cities. While Ber Ber's army was growing, Wang Tong, a general of the Ming Dynasty, made peace with Ber Ber, and Ber Ber initially agreed. However, Wang Tong secretly turned to Mingting for help. After learning about it, Li Jue continued to send troops to attack the cities where the Ming army was stationed.

Knowing that the war was unfavorable, the Ming court sent Liu Sheng as the main commander-in-chief, and led a hundred thousand troops south to quell the chaos. 1427 10 (from September to October of the second year of Xuande in Ming Dynasty), Liu Sheng entered Vietnam and began to attack Li Jue's army. When Li Li learned of this, he instructed his subordinates: "Now that Liu Sheng has come, the road is long and people will be tired. I should wait for a rest." He ordered the sergeant to retreat while fighting, slowly introducing the enemy into the hinterland and setting an ambush in an appropriate place. Liu Sheng was careless about underestimating his enemy, and only personally led 100 cavalry to pursue the troops leaving. In the muddy land (located in Lang Son Province), the Ming army was unable to move, and Ber Ber's Fujun took the opportunity to attack, so he was killed in Maanshan (the local mountain name, also known as inverted Ma Po). The Ming army was defeated by the death of the general, and Li Li sent troops to pursue it on a large scale, so he won a great victory. This decisive battle forced the Ming army to make peace.

After the war basically subsided, in November of 1427 (the second year of Xuande in Ming Dynasty), Li Jue sent an envoy to the Ming Dynasty, demanding that Hao Chen (the puppet monarch established by Li Jue) be made king. The Ming Dynasty immediately named Hao Chen "King Annan", and General Wang led the army to retreat, thus ending the whole war against Ming Dynasty. After the war, Ruan Geng drafted "Da Bao", declaring that Li Chenggong successfully restored the country and became the new ruler of Viet Nam. According to the patent article, the past era of national chaos "because of Hu's annoyance and harshness, because of people's resentment and rebellion, because of madness and arrogance, because of poisoning our people, because of the treachery of evil parties, and because of selling our country" has passed, and Yue has entered a new era of "one glory and one big decision, and the four seas are always clean". The publication date of this article is recorded in Historical Records of Da Yue as1428 65438+10.3 (December 17th, the second year of Ming Xuande), after Li Lijun and the Ming army reached a peace agreement.

Before Li Li ascended the throne, we should get rid of Hao Chen. Hao Chen was a puppet monarch established by Li Jue in 1426 (the first year of Xuande in Ming Dynasty). According to Da Yue History Book, it was originally named Hu Weng, "the son of a beggar" and "posthumous title Chen". Li Li was established because Li Li's uprising was based on "the people thought Chen, so it was formed from the people's expectations" and "trying to learn from others in order to be enlightened". After Li Jue expelled the Ming army, he killed Hao Chen first and then proclaimed himself emperor. Regarding the cause of Hao Chen's death, he said that he knew that the people of China refused to accept it and were captured by the court when they fled, so he drank poison and died; One said that he was "latent dead"; One said that he was chased by Li Li when he escaped; It is said that Li Li once said, "You have won every battle in the world, but you are in a big position." Hao Chen fled in a hurry and was finally caught up by Li Li.

1March, 428 15 (the third year of Xuande in Ming Dynasty, the first year of Li Shuntian), Li Jue acceded to the throne, changed the year name to Shuntian, and the founding name was Da Yue, the capital of Tokyo (now Hanoi). Li Jue was jealous by nature and killed the heroes after he ascended the throne. Heroes Chen and Fan Wenlan were both punished for libel.

1433 (Li Shuntian six years) On August 22nd, Li Li was "collapsed in bed" at the age of 49. Li Yuanlong, the second son, succeeded Li Taizong to the throne. 1 1 On 22nd, Li Li was buried in the Blue Mountain Yongling, and the temple was named Taizu. He was honored as Emperor Tian Tongyunqi, Shengde Shen Gong Ruiwenying, Wu Kuan Mingyong Hongzhiyi to Mingda Gao Xiao.
