My courses at school include building mechanics, building materials, building engineering drawing and mapping, property management, electrical technology foundation, property management information system, building architecture, building engineering budget, building engineering supervision, building management and maintenance, steel structure, reinforced concrete and masonry structure, bidding and contract management of building engineering, engineering survey and construction organization design.

Personal practice and work experience

From June to September, 2006, I worked as a trainee engineer assistant in Wuhan Tiancheng Construction Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for engineering survey and setting out, and accumulated valuable on-site construction management experience.

From June 2007 to August 2007, I worked as a trainee builder in Shanshui Unlimited Decoration Company of Shanghai Greenland Group to understand the basic construction procedures of decoration projects and the quotation.

From March, 2008 to February, 2008, I worked in Wuhan Qidan Technology Co., Ltd. to design the detailed drawings of steel structure construction. I was proficient in using AUTOCAD, had a certain understanding of steel structure construction, and could read the construction drawings of civil engineering and steel structure engineering.
