Dr Li Changyu? Dr HenryLee, 1938 was born in Rugao County, Jiangsu Province, and moved to Taiwan Province Province with his mother when he was young. 1960 graduated from the police academy and became a policeman in Taipei. 1965 went to study in the United States, and 1975 received his Ph.D., and then he was employed as an assistant professor of criminal science at New Haven University in Connecticut. Three years later, he became a tenured professor and head of the criminal science department.
