Naked eye vision Fill in the respective vision of the left and right eyes without glasses. Correcting vision is the vision of the left and right eyes after wearing glasses.

There are two methods of visual recording:

1, standard logarithmic visual acuity chart recording method (new international visual acuity chart): normal naked eye vision should reach above 5.0. This method is generally used for recording now.

2. Recording method of international standard visual acuity chart (old decimal visual acuity chart): Normal naked eye vision should be above 1.0.

Visual records are usually divided into two columns. If the naked eye vision is lower than the above normal level, it is necessary to check the corrected vision.

Eyes 400 degrees, can fill in:

Vision: left: 4.3 right: 4.3 (put on glasses to correct vision and fill in 4.9 ~ 5.0 after the test).

The process of hanging a mirror

The tandem mirror illuminates the inside of the eyeball by using the illumination system of the ophthalmoscope, and the light reflects back from the retina. These reflected lights change after passing through the refractive parts of the eyeball, and the refractive state of the eyeball can be judged by checking the changes of the reflected lights.

Optical matching process: people with low vision use continuous lenses to check whether there is ametropia. First use +0.5 D (hyperopia) lens to correct. If the vision does not improve, correct it with -0.5d (myopia) lens, and adjust the lens power from low to high. If the vision is improved, it can be judged as myopia.
