Zheng Bin, male, Han nationality, was born in 1968, Huaibei, Anhui, with a postgraduate degree, in party member, CPC.

1joined the work in July, 1988, and served as a technician, geological survey section and regimental director in the first mining area of Langyashan Copper Mine; Chu County Party Committee Organization Department cadres at the section level and metre level; Minister of Organization Department of Chuzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Deputy Director of Cadre Division, Deputy Director and Section Chief of Cadre Division II;
