Mr. Chen Feng graduated from Hainan Agricultural Machinery School on 1983. 1985 and 1997, respectively, Mr. Chen completed part-time study in Shenzhen Institute of Education and the training course for the chairman of large enterprises of the Central Party School. From 1983 to 1999, Mr. Chen worked in Shenzhen Baoan Chicken Company (the predecessor of Shenzhen Candal (Group) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 48, a company listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange)). He has held various senior positions, from technician to deputy general manager and chairman. In 1999, Mr. Chen was appointed as Party Secretary and Chairman of Shenzhen Qianwan Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. and Vice Chairman of Shenzhen Guangqian Electric Power Co., Ltd. respectively. Since 2004, Mr. Chen has been the chairman of Investment Group Holdings Limited. At present, he is elected as the vice president of China Small and Medium Enterprises Association and the president of Shenzhen Small and Medium Enterprises Credit Cooperative Union. Mr. Chen was appointed as an independent non-executive director in January 2012.
