Shaodong City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Hunan Province, which is managed by Shaoyang City, alias Zhaoyang. Located in the east of Shaoyang City, the terrain rises from north to south, rises in the middle and tilts from east to west. By June, 2022, the whole city had four townships, 18 towns, three streets and 1 forest farm, with an area of 1778 square kilometers and a population of1345,000.
