How to write a good resume of medical students' self-evaluation
A complete resume of medical freshmen generally includes nine aspects: personal introduction, contact information, target position, education, social practice, internship experience, scientific research experience, award-winning situation and self-evaluation, which can be merged or selected according to their actual situation. Try to put your resume on one page. If one page can't fit, there can be two pages, no more than two pages at most.

As medical students, we should add your practical experience and disease analysis that you are good at to your resume, which will definitely give you extra points. If you take an active part in activities at school, you can add it to your resume. In addition, if your foreign language ability is excellent, you must point it out. After all, medicine is an internationally accepted discipline, and hospitals also hope that doctors can have the ability to talk with the international community. For example, Peking Union Medical College Hospital has strict requirements for English, and the undergraduate English band 4 must reach 425 or above (full score 100, 60 or above); Graduate students must score 425 or above in CET-6 (full score 100, 60 or above).

In most hospitals, master's degree and doctor's degree holders with practicing doctor's certificate, attending doctor's certificate and nurse's certificate will get many preferential treatments. Therefore, we need to include these certificates in our resume.

Resume photos can't be less.

Putting photos on your resume will make it look complete, which shows to some extent that you attach importance to this position. HR will think that people with photos are more sincere and serious about their work than those without photos.

The principle of taking pictures is to make people energetic and make HR feel comfortable. Smiling is a small skill, even if you are plain, smiling will add points to your temperament. Especially when many people deliver work, we should pay more attention to the role of photos, such as sales, administration and management. Photos need to highlight your personal temperament.

There is a big taboo here that PS is excessive. Too many traces will make HR have a negative impression that you are not practical, confident and dishonest. Even if there is no danger or even let HR hand over your resume, it is easy to "see the light" during the interview.

The "face value" of resume is very important.

The visual aesthetic design of resume is the icing on the cake. Whether a resume is good or not depends on the matching of previous professional ability, work experience and professional ability, but don't ignore the visual design of the resume.

Man is a visual animal. A sloppy and unsightly resume will not attract the attention of HR, so it is impossible to read it carefully, so remember a golden rule-"Yan value is combat effectiveness."
