Cai Yongtian, male, born in 1957, is a famous painter in Liaoning Province, formerly known as Cai Yuguang, and a member of Liaoning Artists Association and Book Association. Now he works in the Party Committee Office of Fuxingdi Town Government in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Liaoning Province, and has been fond of painting and calligraphy since childhood.
