Ma Fu (1927- 1984), a native of Nantong, is a national model worker and former vice chairman of Nantong Federation of Trade Unions. Before liberation, he made a living by pushing unicycles, and worked as a scooter worker in the city transportation company from 65438 to 0949. Since 1953, he has been rated as an advanced worker every year. 1977, participated in the national industrial science Daqing conference, and was awarded the title of national advanced worker by the State Council.

After returning, he began to innovate with the mechanic. A few months later, a batch of brand-new "driving wheel" scooters came out.
