1984 graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Inner Mongolia University, 1987 stayed on as a teacher after obtaining a master's degree, and 1990 was admitted to the Department of Applied Mathematics of Tsinghua University to study for a doctorate. 1993 entered the postdoctoral mobile station of marine science of Institute of Oceanography, China Academy of Sciences for postdoctoral research, 195 left the station and went to the First Ocean of the State Oceanic Administration.
