Fuyang is a city and does not belong to any county. Fuyang is a prefecture-level city in Anhui Province, located in the northwest of Anhui Province and at the southern end of North China Plain, with a land span of11452'-11649' and a latitude of 32 25'-34 04'. Fuyang is located in Henan-Anhui urban agglomeration and Dajingjiu Economic Cooperation Zone. It is one of the eastern gateway cities planned and constructed by the Central Plains Economic Zone, and it is also the transition zone of industrial transfer in the eastern region.

1, Ruyin County was established in Qin Dynasty.
