At the meeting, Liu Duichang, Xi Du Traffic Police Brigade, made a technical disclosure on safety operation from inspection, cleaning operation procedures and measures, basic requirements and safety protection measures for minor repairs, construction procedures and requirements for special roads, prohibited behaviors and actions. Liu Duichang pointed out that due to the recent hot weather, there is a high probability of tire puncture at night, so maintenance personnel need to intensify inspections, remove obstacles in time, and ensure safe and smooth roads. At the same time, it is repeatedly stressed that all construction units should organize employees to strengthen safety training, enhance safety awareness, and rationally arrange safety protection and control in the working area.

Subsequently, the high-speed traffic police in the jurisdiction organized and watched several typical traffic accident videos, which laid the foundation for improving the safety awareness of maintenance workers.

At the same time, various departments also discussed whether it is necessary to place cones and signs on key sections such as ramp entrances and bends during holidays. By studying the safety comprehensive contents such as safety operation technical disclosure and accident case education video, the safety awareness of maintenance workers is cultivated, the safety will of maintenance workers is enhanced, and the safety production capacity of maintenance workers is improved. Maintenance workers at the scene have said that in the future work, we must look at two stops, three stops and four times to eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure the safety of ourselves and others.
