Qianjiang Group Co., Ltd. started from the local state-owned Wenling Chemical Machinery Factory established in June of 197 1, and was renamed as Zhejiang Wenling Motorcycle Factory in June of 1985, Zhejiang Motorcycle Factory in June of 1993, and was jointly established with Malaysia Golden Lion Group in June of 1995. 1996 was incorporated into the modern enterprise system pilot, and Zhejiang Qianjiang Motorcycle Group Co., Ltd., a large enterprise group, was established.
