The collection project will focus on academic growth experience, focusing on collecting academicians of the two academies over 80 years old or old scientists who have made outstanding contributions to the development of science and technology in China (the ratio of academicians to non-academicians is 8∶2). Systematic collection of oral historical materials reflecting the family background, study history and mentoring relationship of old scientists, especially the working environment, key nodes and important events in academic exchanges that have a far-reaching impact on the future scientific achievements of old scientists, as well as physical materials and video materials that truly reflect the generation, formation and development of old scientists' academic thoughts, viewpoints and concepts. , and centralized sorting and storage for digital processing and publicity.
