Generally, you will be prompted to download when you pay. Sometimes you don't notice that you may not know where to download it.

There is "Personal Center-My Order" in the upper right corner of the page to find and download.

If you want to download an online resume template:

Do your resume online, there is a "publish" button in the upper right corner of the page, and then there is a download button after publishing.
