Pingtan artist (non-Liang) of Suzhou Pingtan Troupe, born in 1943. It's the son of the storyteller Ma. In the early 1960s, he graduated from the storytelling class of Suzhou Pingtan School and joined Suzhou Pingtan Troupe. In addition to inheriting books such as the Western Han Dynasty and the Green Peony, he also learned from famous storytellers.
