Sun Yat-sen was born in Yin Shi, Cuiheng Village, Xiangshan County, Guangdong Province, China (186611October). At the age of seven, he entered a private school to receive a traditional education. From 65438 to 0879, 14-year-old Sun Yat-sen went to Hawaii by boat with his mother with the help of his eldest brother Sun Mei. Only then did I see "the vastness of the sea and the wonder of navigation". Sun studied English, English history, mathematics, chemistry, physics, Bible and other subjects in the primary school "Joani School" run by the local Anglican Church. 188 1 graduated and won the English grammar award from the king of Hawaii. After that, he entered Oahu College, the highest local university and American missionary school (equivalent to middle school level) for further study. 1883 Sun Yat-sen was sent back to his hometown by his brother because he planned to believe in Christianity. In the winter of the same year, he went to Hong Kong with Lu to be baptized into Christianity and studied at Diocesan Bookstore (now Diocesan Boys' College). The following year, he entered Central College (today's Ren Huang College). He entered the Hong Kong College of Western Medicine (the predecessor of the University of Hong Kong) on 1887, and graduated with the previous two graduates in July 1892, and was personally awarded the prize by the then Governor of Hong Kong, William Robinson. After that, he practiced medicine in Macao and Guangzhou.
Sun Yat-sen didn't talk about revolution at first, but he tried Wan Yan Shu by Li Shang Li Hongzhang in 1894 and put forward many reform suggestions, but Li Hongzhang refused. Disappointed,1On October 24th, Sun Yat-sen went to Maui, Honolulu to organize a fund-raising meeting in Zhong Xing, and put forward the slogan of "expelling the Tatars, restoring China and establishing a coalition government" in an attempt to pave the way for his revolutionary cause with tiring thoughts. 1895, Sun Yat-sen went to Hong Kong to call on his old friends Lu, Zheng Shiliang, etc., and prepared to plan the first revolutionary organization meeting in his life, with the goal of "expelling the Tatars, restoring China and establishing a Coalition government". Finally, on February 12 of the same year, Sun Yat-sen formally established the "Hong Kong Zhong Xing Association" at Stanton Street 13 in Central. At that time, Yang, Xie Zutai and others took the lead in establishing "Fu Ren Wen She" with the aim of "enlightening the people and transforming China". Sun Yat-sen approached Fu Jen Society because of similar occupations, and Qu Yun and others readily agreed to merge the whole society into Zhong Xing Society. So I rented a general meeting called "Gan Heng Hang". On February 20th, Sun Yat-sen gave a public speech at the University of Hong Kong, mentioning that his revolutionary thoughts originated in Hong Kong.
