Zheng was born in Taipei City, Taiwan Province Province, 1986. After landing, he served as the general manager of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of Beijing Venture Company Investment Development Co., Ltd. under Shougang Fund, responsible for youth entrepreneurship posts, and was awarded the "Demonstration Point for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship on both sides of the Taiwan Straits".
He won the 33rd Beijing Youth May 4th Medal, became the first Taiwan Province youth to win the May 4th Medal, was the initiator of "Six Principles of Youth in Taiwan Province Province in the New Era", served as the executive director of the Cross-Strait Youth Exchange Association and the vice president of "Building a Dream in Wenzhou" of the Taiwan Province Youth Association. On February 3, 65438, Zheng died of sudden illness in Beijing at the age of 37.

During Zheng's tenure as the general manager of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of Beikong Venture Capital Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shougang Fund, the youth entrepreneurship station he was in charge of was rated as "a demonstration site for youth employment and entrepreneurship across the Taiwan Strait". Since the establishment of this "station" in 20 16 commune, more than 70 Taiwan Province youth teams have helped to sign up.
