Gao Zhiqiang: The Minister of People's Armed Forces is in charge of the Armed Forces Department, militia, safety production, geology and mineral resources, and forestry, and is based in Yincun.

Yifeng Li: The deputy mayor is in charge of immigration, radio and television, science and technology, soil and water conservation, environmental protection, poverty alleviation, assistance in attracting investment, and residence in Aoshang, Shigu and Panyan villages.
