3. Collocation of silica gel: According to the required dosage, mix the A and B parts of liquid silica gel according to the ratio of 1: 1, and fully mix them evenly. It is very important to stir evenly, otherwise it will lead to non-curing, or partial non-curing, resulting in scrap. Because the operation time of adding liquid silica gel is only 30 minutes, it will begin to thicken and enter the initial curing stage, so all operations should be completed within 30 minutes.

4. Pour the silica gel: pour the prepared silica gel into the master mold. It's important to take your time. This is a trick to reduce bubbles, unless you use vacuum to jump to eliminate bubbles.

5. Curing and demoulding: liquid silica gel is cured after waiting for about 6-8 hours. The curing time of adding silica gel is affected by temperature. The higher the temperature, the faster the curing. I cured at room temperature. The cured silica gel is separated from the master mold.

6. Trimming the mold: It is very simple for the artist to remove the redundant residual corners on the edge of the silicone mold.
