Work summary: Since I was recruited as the ranger of Nanshan Station, a key public welfare forest in xx city, with the help and guidance of leaders and colleagues, I have successfully completed all the work in strict accordance with the work arrangements and requirements of the station, focusing on patrol fire prevention of public welfare forests, based on my post, and adopting the method of learning while practicing. Now I will make a brief report to the leaders on my thoughts and work since my work.
First, work cautiously and responsibly, and earnestly perform the duties of forest rangers.
After entering Nanshan Station, according to the arrangement of the leaders, I was responsible for the management and protection of Mahuang Beach in Jinchi. After receiving the task, I quickly became familiar with my management area and objects. Patrol fire prevention work in strict accordance with the requirements. Because the management and protection zone is close to my home, I can patrol on time by motorcycle every morning, and I will never be affected by other things. In the usual daily patrol work, do things seriously according to your own post responsibilities and be honest.
Principles, consciously abide by discipline, and insist on patrolling for more than 22 days every month. During the patrol, it is found that the herdsmen can dissuade them from leaving in time, and report to the leaders in time if the fences and boundary markers are damaged, and repair them with colleagues according to the arrangement.
Second, strengthen daily study and strive to improve their own quality.
As a new ranger, I love my job, and always regard learning as an important way and method to acquire new knowledge, master methods, improve my ability and solve problems, arm my mind with knowledge, guide practice and promote my work. Seriously study the management methods of public welfare forests, the patrol log system of forest rangers, the fire prevention duty system, and the publicity and education system. And take the initiative to ask the leading comrades on the station for ways and means of management and protection. Through consultation and study, I have further deepened my understanding of the work of rangers and can better complete all the work.
Three, do a good job in the investigation of management and protection areas and forest fire prevention publicity.
According to the characteristics of many graves in my management area, in order to better manage this public welfare forest, I conducted a grave survey to the north of the south railway of Dingzi Road in Jinchi at the end of June. After investigation, there is a grave in my management area, including one in West Mahuangtan and one in East Mahuangtan. Combined with the characteristics of many graves in this area, this year, special attention was paid to forest protection and fire prevention in management and protection, and the knowledge and importance of fire prevention were publicized to the people entering the forest area in peacetime patrols, which improved the people's awareness of fire prevention.
Especially this autumn, there is little rain, and there are many litters and weeds in the forest area, which is a period of high fire risk. A little carelessness can easily lead to forest fires. In view of the grim situation of fire prevention work, I met people who entered the forest area during the patrol, and first checked whether there was any kindling source. However, due to the traditional customs of Tomb-Sweeping Day, July 15, 10/day, I have been on the alert these days to guard against sticking to the management reserve. It ensures that once a fire breaks out, it can be found, reported and put out early.
Fourth, while doing your own work well, actively complete other work arranged by the leaders.
During my work in Nanshan Station this year, in addition to doing my own patrol fire prevention work, writing a patrol log and being on duty carefully, I also assisted the stationmaster to complete the work of recording meeting minutes, repairing the door lock and cleaning the office.
In short, in the past six months, under the leadership of the leaders and the help and guidance of my colleagues, I have completed all the work. Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the leaders and colleagues who have helped and cared about my work for half a year. But I also know that there is still a big gap between my work and the requirements of the unit and the expectations of leading colleagues, and there are still some unsatisfactory places in my work. These are all manifestations of my lack of knowledge and experience. Therefore, if I can renew my contract next year, I will study hard, constantly improve myself, constantly enrich myself, accumulate experience, and be a forest ranger who is assured by my unit and leads my colleagues to be satisfied.
Summary of Work II Since 20xx, under the guidance of the superior forestry authorities and the leadership of the Party Committee and government of Jingziguan Town, the management of rangers in our town has made necessary achievements, and some situations are summarized as follows:
First, implement the 100-point assessment system and standardize the management of forest rangers.
In order to perform the duties of rangers, Zhenlin Station implements a hundred-point assessment system for rangers. The main information of the assessment involves the construction of forest protection system, forest protection team, forest management status, forest fire prevention work, forest protection and other tasks. This assessment system and method are carried out simultaneously with the general assessment during the year, which is fair, just and open, and standardizes the management of forest rangers. Due to the effective measures and proper methods, the rangers in our town all reached more than 90 points in the year-end democratic evaluation of 20xx, which met the standard of rangers evaluation system.
Second, adjust measures to local conditions and rationally allocate personnel.
According to the special geographical location of Jingziguan Town, it is divided into two defense zones according to the management and protection area of forest rangers, and the personnel are convened in a unified way, and 11 people are managed as a group. In the first responsibility area, eleven people, including Shi Guoqiang, are responsible for all the affairs in the forest area, while in the second responsibility area, eleven people, including Chen Qitao, are responsible.
Three, the responsibility to the people, contiguous afforestation.
In 20xx, our station will make afforestation planning as early as possible, adapt to local conditions, and adapt trees to the right place. More than 2,300 mu of afforestation tasks were added in Jinjiagou Village and Hanwangping Village, which were distributed to all forest rangers, and the responsibility was implemented to ensure the effectiveness of afforestation. Due to effective measures, more than 2,300 mu of foresters' new afforestation projects have passed the acceptance of provincial and county forestry authorities.
Four, do their part, earnestly implement the forest fire prevention work.
In terms of forest protection and fire prevention, the rangers in our town strictly follow the provisions of the "Measures for the Management of Rangers" of the County Forestry Bureau and conscientiously implement various duties. Brush and write slogans (including forest management and fire prevention measures) in all traffic arteries and forest villages in the jurisdiction, and the Zhenlin Station will organize personnel to inspect before the fire prevention period. Rangers carefully patrol the mountains, ensure that the attendance rate reaches more than 25 days per month, write patrol logs realistically, and immediately stop any behavior that destroys forest resources during patrols, and report it step by step.
The forest station is equipped with a forest fire prevention propaganda vehicle, which carries out forest fire prevention propaganda in the forest area all the year round. It is stipulated that when there are problems in forest protection and fire prevention work, rangers should arrive at the scene of the incident in the shortest time regardless of region and time, so as to minimize losses.
Five, everyone to participate in, to help the masses successfully complete the reform of forest rights system.
Since the reform of mass forest right system was carried out, all forest rangers have received unified training in the forest station, cooperated with the staff of forest reform to draw boundaries and maps, ensured the ownership of houses, and cooperated with the staff to eliminate contradictions and disputes in forest reform, which made the work of forest reform in our town successfully completed.
Six, timely forecast, reduce the harm of pests and diseases.
In terms of pest control, all forest rangers can report the abnormal situation at any time and place, and the county forest defense department will identify it. After confirmation, it will be controlled in strict accordance with the preventive measures formulated by the county forest defense department.
Although our town has made necessary achievements in the management of rangers in 20xx, there is still a big gap from the requirements of county bureau leaders. Therefore, in the new year, we need to make persistent efforts to make our town's rangers more standardized and ensure our town's forest protection and fire prevention work to a higher level!
