Third, the background and content of the exercise.
Affected by the continuous heavy rainfall, the person in charge of monitoring the landslide geological disaster points in Xiqiao Mountain found a small number of landslides on the north slope of Dengshan Avenue in Xiqiao Mountain (behind West Second Street) and Biyudong, showing signs of major landslide geological disasters, and the situation was critical. After the inspectors found out, they immediately reported the situation to Xiqiao Land Office. After receiving the report, Xiqiao Land Office immediately telephoned Nanhai Land Construction and Water Affairs Bureau (Land Office) and Xiqiao Town Emergency Office, and immediately rushed to the scene to verify the situation. After receiving the report, the District Land and Urban Construction Water Affairs Bureau (Land Office) immediately reported the situation to the District Emergency Office, the Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Urban-Rural Planning, and invited the Foshan Geological Bureau to send experts to the scene to carry out emergency investigation. Geological disaster emergency experts rushed to the dangerous site to carry out emergency investigation, and initially determined the geological disaster level, inducing factors and disaster scale.
