Yu Weiguo, male, Han nationality,1born in June 1955, from Weihai, Shandong Province (from Taicang, Jiangsu Province),1joined China in February 1975 and worked in China, Renmin University of China. He is currently a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee, secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee, director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and the first secretary of the Party Committee of the Fujian Military Region.

Ma Xingrui, male, Han nationality, born in Yuncheng, Shandong Province, was born in Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province. /kloc-0 joined China in June, 1988, and/kloc-0 joined the work in March, 1988, majoring in general mechanics. He is currently a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee, deputy secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, governor of the provincial government and secretary of the party group.
