In order to further promote the national public security organs' "Yun Jian" action, further mobilize the people to actively participate in and strongly support the public security organs' pursuit work, make every effort to purify the social environment, eliminate hidden dangers of public security, and protect people's lives and property, Hulunbeier Public Security Bureau has decided to offer a public reward to the following 29 fugitives in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), combined with the "100-day Action of Public Security Renovation in Summer".
Of the 29 fugitives wanted, 19 are fugitives from major criminal offences over the years, and 10 are fugitives from ordinary criminal offences.
